Návrh a implementace etických kodexů v podnicích ve zvoleném odvětví

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce bylo identifikovat eticky exponované situace a zhodnotit etické kodexy ve strojírenství za účelem návrhu etického kodexu pro firmu ČZ a. s. ve Strakonicích. Následně došlo k vypracování doporučení pro tvorbu etických kodexů firem působících v tomto segmentu. Zhodnocení etických kodexů bylo provedeno metodou analýzy eticky problémových oblastí v odvětví strojírenství. Komparativní kvalitativní analýzou byly zjištěny silné a slabé stránky vytvořených etických kodexů firem ve strojírenství. Pro návrh etického kodexu pro firmu ČZ a. s. byla využita případová studie. V rámci případové studie byla provedena SWOT analýzu vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí z hlediska etického řízení společnosti pomocí metody rozhovoru a dotazníkového šetření. Na základě syntézy výsledků jednotlivých analýz došlo k doporučení pro tvorbu etický kodexů firem působících ve strojírenství a automobilovém průmyslu. Přínosem této práce je doporučení pro firmy v oblasti strojírenství a automobilového průmyslu v rámci životního prostředí. Nicméně tato práce byla limitována dostupnými vzorky. Pro lepší zanalyzování situace by bylo potřeba zapojit více firem a detailněji tak zanalyzovat podnikatelské prostředí. Některé zásady tvorby etických kodexů jsou aplikovatelné pro tvorbu etických kodexů všech firem v tomto segmentu, nicméně je vždy třeba vzít v potaz potřeby a situaci konkrétní firmy a v jejím etickém kodexu toto reflektovat.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis was to identify ethically exposed situations and to evaluate ethical codes in engineering in order to design an ethical code for the company ČZ a. s. in Strakonice. Subsequently, recommendations for the development of codes of ethics for companies operating in this segment were developed. The evaluation of the codes of ethics was carried out using the method of analysis of ethical problem areas in the engineering sector. A comparative qualitative analysis was used to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the developed codes of ethics of companies in the engineering sector. A case study was used to design a code of ethics for the company ČZ a. s. The case study involved a SWOT analysis of the internal and external environment in terms of ethical management of the company using the interview and questionnaire survey method. Based on the synthesis of the results of the individual analyses, recommendations were made for the development of codes of ethics for companies operating in the engineering and automotive industries. The contribution of this work is the recommendations for companies in the engineering and automotive industry within the environmental framework. However, this work was limited by the available samples. To better analyze the situation, more firms would need to be involved to analyze the business environment in more detail. Some of the principles of code of ethics development are applicable to the development of codes of ethics for all companies in this segment, however, the needs and situation of a particular company should always be taken into account and reflected in its code of ethics.
