Abstract:

Diplomová práce zpracovává téma zabývající se přístupností výukových materiálů v anglickém jazyce a literatuře se zaměřením na žáky se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Cílem práce je přinést analýzu a možnosti modifikace učebních materiálů ve výuce anglického jazyka pro cílovou skupinu žáků se specifickými poruchami učení a zrakovým znevýhodněním v prostředí základní školy. Práce se skládá celkem ze tří hlavních částí. Teoretická část se ve svých kapitolách zabývá vymezením cílové skupiny žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami a termínu podpůrných opatření s příslušnou legislativou. Vysvětluje specifika výuky žáků se specifickými poruchami učení a zrakovým znevýhodněním ve spojitosti s anglickým jazykem. Další kapitoly navazují zpracováním možností modifikace výukových materiálů a vysvětlují rysy přístupnosti. Závěr teoretické části patří speciálním programům a online platformám umožňující úpravy výukových materiálů. Empirická část obsahuje popis výzkumného šetření a interpretaci získaných dat. Závěr práce přináší diskuzi získaných dat, závěrečné shrnutí a přílohy obsahující přepisy polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s informanty a ukázky modifikovaných výukových materiálů.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on the topic of accessibility of teaching materials in English language and literature with a focus on pupils with special needs. The thesis aims to analyse and the possibilities of modifications of teaching material for pupils with specific learning difficulties and visual disability. The thesis consists of three main parts. The theoretical part chapters deal with the terms' description: pupils with special needs and the supportive measures. It also elaborates the related legislation. It explains the specifics of the teaching process of pupils with specific learning difficulties and visual disability concerning the English language and literature. The following chapters deal with the possibilities of modifying teaching materials and explaining the aspects of accessibility. The final parts of the theory focus on the specific programmes and online platforms that enable the teaching material's adjustments. The empirical part contains the methodology description and the interpretation of the data. The final part of the thesis includes the discussion of the data obtained, the conclusion and the appendixes containing the transcripts of the semi-structured interviews with the informants and examples of accessible teaching material.
