Hlavním cílem této práce je popsat základní principy a klíčové prvky CRM a implementaci CRM postupů v českých firmach, seznámit čtenáře se současnou situací na maloobchodním trhu, a popsat, co se v současné době děje, aby se zvýšila věrnost zákazníků. Hlavním výsledkem této práce je zdůraznění významu hlavních principů.Abstract:
