Detection of biofilm by fluorescence microscopy
Abstract:
V první části práce je obecně popsán biofilm a komplikace, které biofilmy způsobují ve zdravotnictví. Dále jsou v práci popsány jednotlivé metody, které se používají pro detekci biofilmu, včetně shrnutí jejich výhod a nevýhod. Metody fluorescenční mikroskopie jsou poté aplikovány na konkrétní případy detekce biofilmu ve zdravotnictví.
Abstract:
In the first part of work is generally described biofilm and complications that biofilms caused in health care. Furthermore, this work describes the different methods used for the detection of biofim, including the summary of their advantages and disadvantages. Then the methods of fluorescence microscopy are given an example of biofilm detection in health care.
