Cílem mé závěrečné práce je přiblížit a osvětlit v České republice nejvíce rozšířený trestný čin, a to jak z pohledu trestně právního, tak z pohledu kriminalistického, přičemž je má pozornost věnována klasifikaci krádeží, pachatelům krádeží, jejich obětem, nejčastějším stopám, které vznikají při krádežích a s tímto spojeným vyšetřovacím úkonům při objasňování této trestné činnosti. The aim of my thesis is to describe and illuminate the most widespread crime in the Czech Republic, both from a criminal and forensic point of view, while my attention is paid to the classification of thefts, perpetrators of theft, their victims, the most common traces that occur during thefts and related investigative acts in clarifying this criminal activity.
