Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá genderem, rovností mužů a žen v podniku MAGIC ENGLISH, s.r.o. V první části jsou charakterizovány základní pojmy, zákony a instituce týkající se genderové problematiky. Je zde analyzována situace na trhu práce v ČR z hlediska genderu. V praktické části je vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření u zaměstnanců společnosti MAGIC ENGLISH, s.r.o. a provedeno vyhodnocení získáných výsledků.
Abstract:
This work focuses on gender, equality of men and women in company MAGIC ENGLISH, s.r.o. Firstly, basic concepts, laws and institution concerning the gender problems are described. Situation of the Czech labor market is analyzed from the gender point of view.
