Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem motivačního účinku zaměstnaneckých benefitů, a to se zaměřením na oblast služeb. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit motivační účinek jednotlivých zaměstnaneckých benefitů v sektoru služeb. Dalším cílem práce je posoudit, zda jsou zaměstnanecké benefity vhodným nástrojem při rozhodování uchazečů pro přijetí pracovníky nabídky. A následně bylo zhodnoceno, zda jsou tyto benefity považovány za motivační nástroj, který ovlivňuje výkonnost a pracovní spokojenost zaměstnanců. Byly stanoveny tři výzkumné otázky a k jejich zodpovězení bylo použito dotazníkové šetření, které bylo realizováno ve dvou společnostech, které působí v sektoru služeb. Pro naplnění cílů práce byla využita kvalitativní i kvantitativní metoda výzkumu. Kvalitativní metoda zahrnovala analýzu struktury benefitů v sektoru služeb. Kvantitativní metoda zahrnovala dotazníkové šetření, s jehož pomocí byly zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky. Tato práce přinesla vhled do problematiky motivačního účinků zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Výsledky a zjištění této práce přinášejí důležité informace o tom, jak zaměstnanecké výhody ovlivňují motivaci zaměstnanců. Toto téma je komplexní a vyžaduje rozsáhlejší výzkum, ideálně mezi všemi zaměstnanci daných společností.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the motivational impact of employee benefits, focusing on the service sector. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the motivational effect of individual employee benefits in the service sector. Another aim of the thesis is to assess whether employee benefits are a suitable tool for decision-making for applicants when accepting a job offer. Subsequently, it was evaluated whether these benefits are considered a motivational tool that influences the performance and job satisfaction of employees. Three research questions were formulated, and to answer them, a questionnaire survey was used, which was conducted in two companies operating in the service sector. To fulfil the objectives of the thesis, both qualitative and quantitative research methods were employed. The qualitative method involved analysing the structure of benefits in the service sector. The quantitative method included a questionnaire survey, which helped to answer the research questions. This thesis provides insight into the issue of the motivational effects of employee benefits. The results and findings of this thesis provide important information on how employee benefits influence employee motivation. This topic is complex and requires more extensive research, ideally involving all employees of the respective companies.
