Economic evaluation of investment into the renewable resources of energy.

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá ekonomickou analýzou investice do obnovitelných zdrojů energie. První část práce vysvětluje pojem investice a popisuje jednotlivé metody hodnocení investic. V další části se práce zabývá nejprve charakteristikou společnosti AGRO Posázaví a.s. a poté popisem investičního projektu včetně sestavení časového plánu realizace. Na základě údajů poskytnutých investorem a dodavatelem zařízení je zpracován přehled očekávaných nákladů a výnosů, resp. celkových peněžních příjmů. Nakonec je provedena ekonomická analýza ve třech variantách financování pomocí ukazatelů diskontovaných nákladů, rentability investice, doby návratnosti, diskontované doby návratnosti a především čisté současné hodnoty a indexu rentability. Na základě výsledků analýzy je navrženo závěrečné doporučení k realizaci projektu.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with economic analysis of investment into the renewable resources of energy. The first part of this work explains notion investment and describes individual methods of the assessment of investment. In the practical part of this work describes the company AGRO Posázaví a.s. and then describes the investment project with the inclusion of time-schedule of realization. There is processed summary of expected costs and revenues, or total income on the basis of disclosure of data from investor and mechanism supplier. Finally the economic analysis was made in three financing possibilities through the use of financial indicators such as discounted costs, return on investment, payback period, discounted payback period and especially net present value and index of return. Based on the results of the analysis, there is suggested the final recommendation of realization this project.
