Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice soudní retribuce, jejímž cílem bylo vyrovnat se s válečnými zločiny kolaborace. Konkrétně analyzuje kauzy udavaček souzených u Mimořádného lidového soudu v Liberci. Z výzkumu, založeném především na studiu pramenů, jednoznačně vyplynulo, že důvody udání byly nejrůznější povahy a jen v omezené míře byly motivovány službou myšlenkám německého nacionálního socialismu …more
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of judicial retributions aimed at dealing with the war crimes of collaboration. Specifically, it analyses the cases of informers tried in the Extraordinary People's Court in Liberec. The research, based mainly on the study of sources, clearly showed that the reasons for denunciations were of a variety of natures and only to a limited extent motivated by service …more
