Tato práce se zabývá adaptačním procesem zaměstnanců a jeho vlivem na pracovní spokojenost. V teoretické části vychází ze znalostí malé pracovní skupiny a důležitosti dobrého sociálního klimatu, silné podnikové kultury a sociálních norem.
