Protection of personal data in Public Administration
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je rozbor současné situace v oblasti ochrany osobních údajů ve veřejné správě, jak po stránce legislativní, organizační tak procesní. Ve vybraných oblastech výkonu veřejné správy, například ve zdravotnictví a sociální oblasti, poukázat na specifika ochrany osobních údajů.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is the analysis of the current situation in the area of personal data safety in public administration as to the legal, organizational and procedural aspects. It refers to the specifics of personal data safety in selected areas of public administration, for example in health care and social security.
