Company tools for communication with graduates

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce: Komunikační nástroje firmy s absolventy si klade za cíl, pokusit se navrhnout vylepšení stávajícího systému komunikace s absolventy před nástupem do firmy PRECIOSA - LUSTRY, a.s. a během jejich adaptačního procesu. Práce se hlavně zaměřuje na spolupráci firmy se sektorem školství a působení firmy na internetu, zejména potom na sociálních sítích. Výstupem diplomové práce by mělo být vytvoření účinných komunikačních nástrojů pro rozpoznání talentovaných studentů již během studia a zlepšení komunikace firmy prostřednictvím sociálních sítí, zviditelnění se a rozšířená spolupráce se školami. Dalším výstupem by mělo být navržení konceptu adaptačního plánu pro čerstvé absolventy přijaté na pozici obchodníka, který by měl do budoucna sloužit i pro jiné profese jako je designer nebo konstruktér. Včasné rozpoznání talentů, přijetí do firmy a jejich postupná adaptace by měla zvýšit konkurenceschopnost firmy.

Abstract:

This thesis: Company tools for communication with graduates is trying to suggest improvements of the existing communication system with graduates before joining the company PRECIOSA - LUSTRY, a.s. and during their adaptation process. This paper mainly focuses on the co-operation between education sector and the company and business activity on the Internet, and especially social networks. The outcome of this work would be creating effective communication tools for identifying talented students during their studies and improving communication of the company through social networks, visibility and enhanced cooperation with schools. Another outcome would be proposing the concept of adaptation plan for fresh graduates employed as a trader, which should serve as a basic concept in the future for other professions such as designer or engineer. Early recognition of talent, acceptance into the company and their progressive adaptation should increase the competitiveness of the company.
