Abstract:
Cílem práce je v teoretické rovině vymezit význam hodnocení spokojenosti zaměstnanců v kontextu personálního managementu, výběr vhodného nástroje pro hodnocení spokojenosti a jeho uplatnění v praxi konkrétní firmy.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to define theoretical level of the importance of evaluation of em-ployee satisfaction in the context of personnel management, selection of a suitable tool for assessment of satisfaction and its application in the practice of a particular company.
