Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá předkupním právem s veřejnoprávními prvky v katastru nemovitostí. Je zde poukázáno na potřebu veřejných seznamů a na systém práce a zápisů v těchto seznamech. V další části je rozebráno předkupní právo a jeho zápis do veřejného seznamu.
