Cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře s možnostmi, výhodami a nevýhodami současného outsourcingu, poukázat na omezující faktory využití outsourcingu a jeho rizika a na praktickém příkladu se pokusit osvětlit vznik a průběh outsourcingové vztahu a vymezit přínos a omezení vzniklá outsourcingem získávání zaměstnanců jako součásti personální práce. The aim of the project is to introduce the reader to the world of possibilities, advantages and disadvantages of current outsourcing, to highlight the factors limiting the use of outsourcing and the risks.
