Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou mentálního postižení a začleňování mentálně postižených do kolektivu. Vysvětlení pojmů mentální postižení a deskripce specifik druhů tohoto postižení. V bakalářské práci se zaměřím na neziskovou organizaci PFERDA z.ú., v Rychnově nad Kněžnou, která byla zapsána v roce 2004 a od té doby má působnost ve více městech České republiky.
