The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to investigate use of SWOT analysis in strategic planning of small and medium-sized businesses. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part discusses the topic of strategic planning and provides an overview of the process of strategic planning including SWOT analysis.
