Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá životní a pracovní spokojeností pracovníků v sociálních službách. V teoretické části je definována životní i pracovní spokojenost, včetně faktorů, které spokojenost ovlivňují. Dále je zde rozebrána profese pracovníka v sociálních službách, včetně aktuální problematiky této profese. Cílem výzkumné části bylo porozumět, jaká je životní a pracovní spokojenost pracovníků v sociálních službách v domovech pro seniory v okrese Vsetín. Pro naplnění cíle byl využit kvalitativní výzkum formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se šesti komunikačními partnery. Rozhovory byly podrobeny tematické analýze. Závěr výzkumu popisuje různé spokojenosti s různými dimenzemi pracovní spokojenosti. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že informanti nejsou v životní oblasti zcela spokojeni. Životní spokojenost pracovníků v sociálních službách účastnících se na výzkumu negativně ovlivňuje personální krize, se kterou se potýká jejich pracoviště.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with life and job satisfaction of social care assistants. The theoretical part defines life and job satisfaction, including factors influencing the satisfaction. It also discusses the profession of social care assistant, including current issues of this profession. The aim of the research part was to understand the life and job satisfaction of social case assistants in retirement homes in the Vsetín district. To fulfil the aim, qualitative research in the form of semi-structured interviews with six communication partners was used. The interviews were subjected to thematic analysis. The conclusion of the research describes different dimensions of job satisfaction. The research further shows that the informants are not completely satisfied in the life domain. The life satisfaction of the social care assistants participating in the research is negatively affected by the personnel crisis.
