Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu rozdílnosti menšin ve firmách. Teoretická část rozebírá definici diverzity a souvisejících termínů, dále se zaměřuje na různé typy menšin a jejich situaci v oblasti pracovního prostředí. The bachelor’s thesis focuses on differences within minorities in companies.
