Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá hypotekárnym úverom v podmienkach Slovenskej republiky. Cieľom je poukázať na dostupnosť hypotekárneho úveru v SR na základe analýzy vývoja trhu hypotekárneho financovania a dostupnosti úveru v konkrétnej banke. Práca sa skladá z troch kapitol.
