Abstract:
Tento výzkum analyzuje fenomén dědictví ničení v konfliktních oblastech. Zabývá se také pokusy o jeho postkonfliktní obnovu. Výzkum je založen na zkušenostech z Bosny a Hercegoviny.
Abstract:
This research analyses the phenomenon of the heritage destruction in conflict zones. It also examines the attempts of its post-conflict recovery. The research is based on the experiences from Bosnia and Herzegovina during the nineteens. Special attention has been dedicated to the consideration of reconstruction method in heritage recovery and the analysis of legal regulation of cultural heritage.
