Diplomová práce je zpracována na téma Metodiky a přínosy komunikace s koncovým zákazníkem. Cílem práce je identifikace nejčastějších pochybení při aplikaci nástrojů marketingové komunikace ve zkoumané firmě a navržení konkrétních opatření vedoucích ke zlepšení komunikace mezi firmou a koncovým zákazníkem. The diploma thesis is elaborated on the topic Methods and benefits of communication with the end user. The aim of the thesis is to identity the most common mistakes in the application of marketing communication tools in the company investigated and to propose specific measures leading to improvement of the communication between the company and the end user.
