Multimedia teaching material - aerobics for high school students

Abstract:

Práce zaměřená na tvorbu multimediálního materiálu obsahuje základní informace týkající se aerobiku, jako je historie, adaptační změny vyvolané aerobní činností, přínos aktivity, důležité vlastnosti a dovednosti lektora, charakteristiku hudby pro aerobik a kapitolu věnující se didaktice aerobiku. Dále je v práci vysvětleno, proč je aktivita a pohyb pro člověka důležitý. Následuje charakteristika dětí staršího školního věku, vliv aerobní aktivity na jejich organismus a zásady průběhu lekce aerobiku pro děti. Hlavní částí práce je vytvořená webová stránka obsahující výuková videa, mající sloužit učitelům tělesné výchovy jako pomůcka pro výuku aerobiku pro děti.

Abstract:

The work aimed at creating multimedia material contains basic information related to aerobics, such as history, adaptive changes induced by aerobic activity, benefits of the activity, important characteristics and skills of the instructor, haracteristics of aerobic music and a chapter on aerobic didactics. Furthermore, the thesis explains why activity and movement is important for humans. This is followed by the characteristics of high school students, the effect of aerobic activity on their bodies, and the principles of conducting an aerobics class for children. The main part of the thesis is a website containing educational videos, designed to serve as a tool for physical education teachers to teach aerobics to children.
