Diplomová práce se zabývá zejména vztahem mezi předsoudními a soudními stadii trestního řízení. Úvod práce jsem věnoval vymezení jednotlivých stadií, především co se jejich obsahu a účelu týče. Další část byla zaměřena na samotný vztah mezi předsoudními a soudními stadii trestního řízení a tři základní koncepce tohoto vztahu. The dissertation deals with the relation between pre-trial and judicial stages of the criminal proceedings. The introduction is focused on defining of various stages, most of all their content and purpose. Another part of the work is focused on the relation between pre-trial and judicial stages themselves as well as three basic conceptions of this relation.
