Abstract:
Předmětem této diplomové práce je prozkoumat motivaci učitelů na vybraných základních školách a z výsledků učinit závěry, které mohou pomoci jednotlivým školám v přístupu ke svým učitelům. Teoretická část bude zaměřena na prozkoumání a shrnutí již známých teorií a pojmů, které s motivací souvisejí, a bude rozdělená do jednotlivých logicky navazujících podkapitol. The main goal of this work is to investigate the motivation of teachers at selected elementary schools and to draw conclusions from the results that can help individual schools to access their teachers.
