Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou pracovní spokojenosti v námi vybraném podniku. V první části práce je teoreticky popsána pracovní spokojenost, její teorie a faktory. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of job satisfaction in our chosen company. The first part of the thesis theoretically describes job satisfaction, its theory and factors. The thesis also deals with ways of measuring job satisfaction and motivation, which is closely related to it.
