Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kolektivního nakupování ve Spojených státech amerických a v České republice. Cílem práce je analýza slevových portálů a jejich vliv na prosperitu inzerujících podniků. The diploma thesis focuses on the area of group buying in the United States of America and in the Czech Republic. The main aim is the analysis of the discount portals and their impact on the prosperity of businesses advertised.
