Abstract:
Cílem mé diplomové práce je analýza současného motivačního systému ve strojírenské společnosti T.RAD Czech a na základě dat získaných v této společnosti i následné navržení změn. Navrhované změny by měly pomoci snížit fluktuaci a stabilizovat jednotlivé pracovní týmy. The aim of my thesis is the analysis of the current motivation system of the engineering company T. RAD Czech and based on the data acquired in this company also to propose the consequential changes.
