The impact of 1q21 gain in patients with multiple myeloma
Abstract:
Disertační práce pojednává o prognostickém významu zisku 1q21 chromozomální oblasti a ostatních častých chromozomálních abnormalit pro nově diagnostikované pacienty s mnohočetným myelomem léčené autologní transplantací kostní dřeně, a pro pacienty v relapsu onemocnění léčené novými léky – thalidomidem a bortezomibem.
Abstract:
This work describes the prognostic impact of gain of 1q21 chromosomal locus and other common chromosomal abnormalities for newly diagnosed multiple myeloma patients treated by autologous stem cell transplantation and for relapsed patients treated with the new drugs – thalidomide and bortezomib.
