Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem péče o osobu závislou na pomoci jiné osoby pohledem pracovníků Okresní správy sociálního zabezpečení. Cílem práce je identifikovat limity, bariéry a etická dilemata, která mohou při výkonu rozhodovací činnosti vznikat, nebo která mohou pracovníci pociťovat. This bachelor's thesis examines the system of care for individuals dependent on assistance from others from the perspective of staff at the District Social Security Administration. The aim of the thesis is to identify the limitations, barriers, and ethical dilemmas that may arise during decision-making or that staff may experience.
