Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je "Podnikání a jeho specifika v oboru zastavárenství a prodeji použitého zboží". Práce je rozdělena do šesti kapitol, z nichž první dvě jsou věnovány teoretickému základu této problematiky. Je zde blíže popsán význam pojmů podnikání, podnik, podnikatel a dále rozebrána problematika malého a středního podnikání. Důležitou součástí práce je také rozbor právní úpravy zastavárenství, kterému je věnována třetí kapitola. Pro doplnění a ujasnění problematiky je zařazena kapitola s historickými souvislostmi zastavárenství. Následující kapitoly jsou věnovány popisu fungování podniku a také analýze postavení zastavárenství ve společnosti a ekonomice, která se opírá o výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Záměrem práce je zhodnotit postavení tohoto druhu podnikání v ekonomice, zařadit ho v rámci právní úpravy, ukázat jeho specifika a poukázat na to, že jde o legální formu podnikání, tedy že nespadá do šedé ekonomiky.

Abstract:

The theme of this thesis is "Business, business specifics in both the field of pawn shops and the sale of used goods." The work is divided into six chapters. The first two chapters are addressed to the theoretical base of this issue. Described within are the meanings of the terms business, company, businessman and hereinafter the issue of the Small and Medium Business. Law regulation of pawn shops is an important part of this work and it will be described in depth throughout third chapter. There is also included a chapter with historical background of pawn shops for the supplement and clarification of the context. The remainder of the chapters are addressed to the description of the company operations and also to the analysis of pawn shops position in society and the economy, which is the result of a questionnaire survey. The aim of this study is to assess the position of this kind of business in the economy and to integrate it within the law, pointing out that it is the legal way how to do the business and that it does not belong into the gray economy.
