Abstract:

Staňková, M. Návrh komunikační strategie kosmetické provozovny. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2021. Bakalářská práce hodnotí stav marketingové komunikace kosmetické provozovny, zkoumá upřednostňované formy komunikace v rámci kosmetických služeb a navrhuje komunikační strategii podniku. Komunikační strategie je podložena kvantitativním výzkumem ve formě dotazníkového šetření a kvalitativním formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Návrh komunikační strategie je založen na preferencích respondentů a strukturován dle modelu See, Think, Do, Care s ohledem na výši nákladů.

The bachelor thesis evaluates the state of marketing communication of a cosmetic company, examines the preferred forms of communication within cosmetic services and proposes a communication strategy for the company. The communication strategy is supported by quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire survey and qualitative research in the form of semi-structured interviews. The proposal of the communication strategy is based on the preferences of the respondents and is structured according to the See, Think, Do, Care model with consideration of costs.
