Cieľom bakalárskej práce je anatýza a vymedzenie významu štátných cenných papierov pre komerčné banky. Práca je rozdelená do troch kapitol. Prvá kapitola sa zameriava na vymedzenie základných pojmov, štátne cenné papiere, komerčná banka, burza cenných papierov a národná banka Slovenska.
