Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na popsání legalizace výnosů z trestné činnosti na území České republiky. První část se zabývá pojmovým vymezením tohoto fenoménu a jeho popisem a druhá část popisuje projevy praní špinavých peněz v České republice a jakým způsobem se proti němu bojuje na území ČR. Bachelor thesis is focused on describing of money laundering in the Czech Republic. First part is devoted to definitions of this phenomena a its describing and the second part describes its symptoms of money laundering and countermeasures in the Czech Republic.
