Translation of a contemporary Russian story
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou základních částí. První část je věnována teorii překladu, přibližuje hlavní strategie, postupy a metody se kterými se překladatel při své práci běžně setkává. Druhá část je věnována praktickému překladu povídky Vladimíra Vasiljeva Skromnyj genij podzemki, analýze obtížných jevů daného překladu a biografii autora.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis consists of two basic parts. The first one concentrates on the theory of translation, it discusses main strategies, procedures and methods which a translator commonly meets in his work.
