Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nakládání s biologicky rozložitelným odpadem z malovýroby netradičních nealkoholických nápojů. Byla zpracována rešerše na téma nakládání s odpady z potravinářského průmyslu. Hlavní náplní bylo objasnění současného stavu nakládání s testovanými odpady. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of management of biodegradable waste from small-scale production of non-traditional, non-alcoholic beverages.A research was about waste management from the food industry.
