Abstract:

Prokopcová, K. Vnitřní a finanční kontrola ve veřejné správě. Diplomová práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2021. Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice vnitřních a finančních kontrol prováděných ve veřejné správě. Literární rešerše obsahuje přehled teoretických poznatků o kontrolních systémech veřejné správy, kontrolních orgánech, právních úpravách finanční kontroly a hospodaření veřejných institucí s majetkem a financemi. Cílem vlastní práce je zhodnotit kontrolní systémy vybraných veřejných institucí a zjistit silné a slabé stránky systémů. U zjištěných nedostatků je navrhována možná optimalizace kontrolního systému.

Prokopcová, K. Internal and financial control in public administration. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2021. This diploma thesis is devoted to the issue of internal and financial controls performed in the public administration. The literature recherche contains an over-view of theoretical knowledge of the control systems of the public administration, the supervisory authority, the legal regulations of the financial control and the economic management of the public institutions dealing with the property and finances. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the control systems of selected public institutions and to identify its strengths and weaknesses. Possible optimization of the control system is proposed to the identified shortcomings.
