Abstract:

Cílem práce „Alternativní zdroje financování podniku“ je výzkum využití alternativních způsobů financování pro potřeby financování rozvoje podnikání. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části jsou prozkoumány vybrané alternativní zdroje financování a jejich konvenční alternativy. Zvláštní pozornost je pak věnována emisi podnikových dluhopisů a jejímu právnímu zakotvení v české legislativě. Část druhá je věnována vývoji makroekonomické situace České republiky a představení investičního projektu. Pomocí metody diskontovaných peněžních toků je pak stanovena výhoda financování projektu pomocí emise dluhopisů.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis "Alternative Sources of Business Financing" is to examine the use of alternative financing methods for the needs of financing business development. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part, selected alternative sources of financing and their conventional alternatives are examined. Particular attention is then paid to the issue of corporate bonds and its legal specifics in the Czech legislation. The second part is devoted to the development of the macroeconomic situation of the Czech Republic and the presentation of the investment project. The advantage of financing the project through issuance of corporate bonds is determined using the discounted cash flow method.
