The Position of Non-Governmental Non-Profit Organisations in the Current Society

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením nevládních neziskových organizací. Zkoumá toto postavení z pohledu teoretického i praktického. Snaží se vymezit více úhlů vnímání tohoto postavení v očích státu, veřejnosti a nevládních neziskových organizací jako takových. Teoretická část uvádí znaky a funkce neziskového sektoru a nevládních neziskových organizací v konfrontaci s vládním neziskovým sektorem. Práce se také zabývá právní úpravou nevládních neziskových organizací a občanskou participací v podobě dobrovolnictví. Praktická část dále zkoumá pohled veřejnosti na otázky týkající se dané problemtaiky a nabízí dále určitý vhled do fungování vybraných nevládní neziskových organizací.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the position of non-governmental non-profit organisations. Examines this position from the theoretical and practical point of view. There is effort to define perception of the position from the perspective of the government, public and also NGOs themselves. Theoretical part determines the character and features of the non-profit sector and NGOs, also in confrontation to the governmental non-profit organisations. This thesis also deals with the legislation and legal forms of NGOs and talks about civic participation in the form of volunteering. Practical part examines the public view of this problematics and offers an insight into the functioning of selected NGOs.
