Cílem bakalářské práce je identifikovat případy exkluzivního jednání řešené Evropskou Komisí či jinými soutěžními úřady v EU. The goal of this thesis is to identify exklusive dealing cases, which were solved by the European Commission and other competition institutions within EU. In the theoretical part I will define the main types of exkluzive dealing agreements and I integrate them into the context of vertical restraints and european competition policy.
