Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice interního auditu vnitřního kontrolního systému ve Výchovném ústavu a středisku výchovné péče v Pšově. Interní audit se řídí zákonem č. 320/2001 o finanční kontrole a je povinný pro všechny organizace veřejné správy. Teoretická část vymezuje pojmy kontrola a audit ve veřejné správě. Abstract:
The thesis deals with an internal audit of an inner checking system in the juvenile correctional facility called Výchovný ústav a Středisko výchovné péče Pšov. Internal audits are governed by the Act No. 320/2001 Coll. about financial control and they are mandatory for all public service organizations. The theoretical part of this paper defines the terms control and audit in public administration. …more
