Value creation methods and management in organizational IT projects

Abstract:

Tato práce obsahuje popis vývoje modelu řízení procesu tvorby hodnoty v IT projektech na základě moderních teoretických přístupů a praktických doporučení. V práci byl proveden teoretický rozbor a literární rešerše a také případová studie na reálném IT projektu. Účelem studie bylo vyvinout a otestovat model řízení procesu tvorby hodnoty v organizačních IT projektech, který umožňuje dosahování obchodních cílů společnosti a zvyšování její konkurenceschopnosti. V průběhu práce byly řešeny následující úkoly: studium teoretických základů řízení procesu tvorby hodnoty v IT projektech, vývoj a testování modelu řízení na reálných IT projektech, analýza získaných výsledků a formulace doporučení pro zlepšení řízení proces tvorby hodnoty v IT projektech. V důsledku studie byl vyvinut model pro řízení procesu vytváření hodnoty v organizačních IT projektech, který umožňuje zohlednit klíčové aspekty projektového řízení, jako je řízení rizik, řízení změn, řízení komunikace atd. práce formulovala hlavní závěry a doporučení pro aplikaci vyvinutého modelu řízení procesu tvorby hodnoty v IT projektech. Výsledky studie mohou být užitečné pro projektové manažery a vedoucí pracovníky firem zapojených do organizačních IT projektů.

Abstract:

This master thesis contains a description of the development of a management model for the value creation process in IT projects, based on modern theoretical approaches and practical recommendations. In the work, a theoretical analysis and a literature review were carried out, as well as a case study on a real IT project. The purpose of the study was to develop and test a model for managing the process of creating value in organizational IT projects, which allows achieving the company's business goals and increasing its competitiveness. In the course of the work, the following tasks were solved: studying the theoretical foundations of managing the value creation process in IT projects, developing and testing a management model on real IT projects, analyzing the results obtained and formulating recommendations for improving the management of the value creation process in IT projects. As a result of the study, a model for managing the process of creating value in organizational IT projects was developed, which allows taking into account key aspects of project management, such as risk management, change management, communication management, etc. In addition, the work formulated the main conclusions and recommendations for the application the developed model for managing the value creation process in IT projects. The results of the study can be useful for project managers and executives of companies involved in organizational IT projects.
