Cheerleading - methodical material of basic stunts

Abstract:

Naše práce se zabývá novým sportovním odvětvím zvaným cheerleading. Z jednotlivých součástí tohoto sportu, které jsou v práci stručně charakterizovány, jsme se zaměřili na problematiku základního stuntování. Výsledkem je metodický materiál, který čítá 13 metodických listů, zabývající se konkrétními zvedacími figurami, včetně jejich popisu, nejčastějších chyb a metodiky nácviku, která by měla být návodem, jak pro trenéry, tak pro začínající cheerleaders. Listy jsou doplněny o fotodokumentaci zmiňovaných stuntů, pořízenou přímo pro účely této práce. Účelem naší práce nebylo pouze vytvoření metodiky, ale poskytnutí důležitých informací ohledně stuntování a sportu zvaném cheerleading.

Abstract:

This thesis is about fairly new sport cheerleading. There are many aspects to this sport, all parts of this sport are generally described, and the main focus of this paper is on basic stunting. Our result is methodical material consisting of 13 pages, which deals with particular lifting figures called (stunts). It includes descriptions, most common mistakes, and the methodics of training, which can be helpful for coaches as well as cheerleaders. Pages are accompanied with photodocumentation of these stunts, taken just for the purpose of this thesis. The goal of our thesis was not just to create methodics, but also to provide important information about cheerleading.
