The meaning of supervision in the organization People in Need within the organizational culture

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na supervizi a kulturu organizace. Zároveň interpretuje význam supervize pro organizaci Člověk v tísni o. p. s. a jeho pracovníky v sekci Programy sociální integrace. Je zde popsána supervize její podoby, cíle, aktéři, funkce, dále pak supervize v samotné organizaci. Další pojem, který je v práci definován je kultura organizace v obecném pojetí a také v organizaci Člověk v tísni o. p. s. Z důvodu složitosti zkoumaného tématu byla zvolena kombinace výzkumných strategií. Pro určení typu organizační kultury a výběr respondentů je použita modifikovaná verze dotazníku OCAI. V druhé fázi výzkumu je metodou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů poskytnuto zjištění významu supervize pro pracovníky, kde v kombinaci s analýzou literatury interpretujeme data z obou výzkumných metod.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the supervision and culture of the organization. At the same time, it interprets the importance of supervision for the organization People in Need o. P. S. And its employees in the section Social Integration Programs. It describes the supervision of its form, goals, actors, functions, as well as supervision in the organization itself. Another concept that is defined in the work is the culture of the organization in general and also in the organization People in Need o. P. S. Due to the complexity of the researched topic, a combination of research strategies was chosen. A modified version of the OCAI questionnaire is used to determine the type of organizational culture and select respondents. In the second phase of the research, the method of semi-structured interviews provides information on the importance of supervision for employees, where in combination with the analysis of the literature, we interpret data from both research methods.
