Methods of how to work with problematical students in multiple high schools

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na metody práce se studenty s problémy v chování na středních odborných školách. Cílem práce je zjistit, poznat, popsat a interpretovat důležitosti aplikace adekvátních edukačních metod u žáků s problémy v chování z pohledu učitelů. V první části práce se věnujeme vy-mezení základních pojmů souvisejících s problémovým chováním. Budou charakterizovány příčiny a faktory problémového chování. V praktické části budou popsány výsledky průzkumného šetření. Zvolila jsem kvalitativní metodu, nástrojem je polo-strukturovaný rozhovor, který je uskutečněn s pěti učiteli vybrané střední odborné školy. Ke zpracování výsledků dat je využito metody otevřeného kódování. Tato je pak využita i v doporučeních pro pedagogickou praxi.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis concentrates on methods of how to work with problemati-cal students in multiple high schools. Their current situation is deemed prob-lematic because of their behavioral disorder. This thesis aims to search, recog-nize, describe, and represent the importance of the application of proper educa-tional methods to pupils with behavioral disorders. That takes place from the point of view of a teacher. In the first part, we aim to define some basic rules and terminology connected to the behavioral disorder. The thesis describes the cause of this problematical disorder. In the practical part, this research will be represented and summed up the results. The final chosen method is the quali-tative method, specifically semi-structured interview. This method is applied to five teachers from the same high school. In order to sum up and represent the results of this method, open coding methods are used. This qualitative method is also recommended for pedagogical practice.
