Abstract:
V mé diplomové práci jsem se snažil přiblížit problematiku funkce trestu a to nejen z čistě teoretického pohledu, ale také jak samotný trest, zejména dlouhodobé odnětí svobody, působí na konkrétní jedince.
Abstract:
In my work, I tried to approach the function of punishment first from the theoretical point of view, and second the punishment itself considering especially long period of prisoning and its influnce on the prisoners.
