Draft model procedure for purchase of company vehicles into a small business

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá modelovým postupem výběru a nákupu automobilů do malého podniku. Cílem práce je vybrat rozhodovací kritéria pro nákup firemních vozidel do malého podniku a zpracovat návrh modelového postupu pro efektivní rozhodování manažera. Nejprve jsou definována teoretická východiska. V metodické části práce jsou diskutovány použité metody, omezující podmínky a etické aspekty. Následuje praktická část práce, kde jsou rozhodovací kritéria vybrána metodou taxonomie a tzv. stromu kritérií. Váha kritérií je stanovena metodou postupného rozvrhu vah. K hodnocení variant ústícím ve výběr nejvhodnějšího automobilu je využita metoda bazické varianty spadající do metod multikriteriálního rozhodování. Výsledkem je vyhodnocení optimálního dodavatele pro vybraný malý podnik. Celkově je v praktické části práce navrhnut modelový postup nákupu firemních vozidel, který je aplikován na příkladu fiktivního podniku.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with model procedure of selection and purchase of cars into a small business. The aim of the thesis is to select decision criteria for the purchase of company vehicles into a small business and to elaborate a model procedure for effec-tive decision-making of the manager. First the theoretical basis is defined. The methodical part of the thesis discusses used methods, limiting conditions and ethical aspects. The following is a practical part of the thesis, where the decision criteria are chosen by the taxonomy method and the so-called tree of criteria. The weight of the criteria is determined by the progressive weighting method. In order to evaluate the variants in choosing the most suitable car, the basis variation method is used in multi-criteria decision-making. The result is the appraisal of the optimal supplier for the se-lected small business. Altogether, in the practical part of the thesis a model procedure for the purchase of company vehicles is proposed, and is applied on the example of a fictitious enterprise.
