Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Analýza mezipodnikové kooperace se zahraničním partnerem“ je návrh možných druhů mezipodnikové kooperace, které povedou ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku na trhu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je nejprve popsán postup analýzy podniku a nalezení možného prostoru pro kooperaci a dále se zaobírá konkrétními formami kooperace jako nástroji vedoucími ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti. Praktická část pak tyto postupy aplikuje na zvolený podnik.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis “Analysis of interfirm cooperation with foreign partners” is to suggest the possible types of interfirm cooperation, which will lead to increasing the competitiveness of a particular company on the market. This diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the process of analyzing the company to find the possible space for cooperation and then shows the particular types of cooperation as a tool for increasing the competitiveness. These procedures are applied to the particular company in the practical part.
