Diplomová práce je zaměřena na krizovou komunikaci společnosti Bageterie Boulevard. Věnuje se vyhodnocením rizik, do kterých se společnost svým předmětem podnikání může dostat. The diploma thesis is focused on the crisis communication of the company Bageterie Boulevard. It deals with the evaluation of risk the company may face given its subject of business. The main aim of this thesis is to create a crisis communication plan for the selected crisis situation, threatening the company, according to the analyses.
