Diplomová práce se zabývá environmentálním chování obchodních řetězců a detailněji zkoumá nakládání s odpady z hlediska plýtvání potravinami. The diploma thesis is focused on the environmental behaviour of supermarket chains and examines in more detail waste management in terms of food waste. Accessibility: Prohlašuji, že jsem práci Environmentální chování vybraného obchodního řetězce a nakládání s odpady se zaměřením na ovoce a zeleninu vypracoval samostatně a veškeré použité prameny a informace uvádím v seznamu použité literatury. Nesouhlasím, aby moje práce byla zveřejněna po dobu 3 let v souladu s § 47b zákona č. 111/1998 Sb., o vysokých školách a o změně a doplnění dalších zákonů (zákon o vysokých školách), ve znění pozdějších předpisů, a v souladu s platnou Směrnicí o zveřejňování závěrečných prací. Prohlašuji, že tištěná podoba závěrečné práce a elektronická podoba závěrečné práce zveřejněná v aplikaci Závěrečné práce v Univerzitním informačním systému je identická. Jsem si vědom/a, že se na moji práci vztahuje zákon č. 121/2000 Sb., autorský zákon, a že Mendelova univerzita v Brně má právo na uzavření licenční smlouvy a užití této práce jako školního díla podle § 60 odst. 1 autorského zákona. Dále se zavazuji, že před sepsáním licenční smlouvy o využití díla jinou osobou (subjektem) si vyžádám písemné stanovisko univerzity, že předmětná licenční smlouva není v rozporu s oprávněnými zájmy univerzity, a zavazuji se uhradit případný příspěvek na úhradu nákladů spojených se vznikem díla, a to až do jejich skutečné výše.
I hereby declare that I have prepared the thesis Environmental behaviour of a selected retail chain and waste management with a focus on fruit and vegetables independently and all the used sources and information are listed in the list of used literature. I do not agree that my thesis should be published for a period of 3 years in accordance with § 47b zákona č. 111/1998 Sb., o vysokých školách a o změně a doplnění dalších zákonů (Act on Higher Education), as amended, and in accordance with the current Guidelines on the Publication of Theses. I declare that the printed form of the thesis and the electronic form of the thesis published in the Thesis application in the University Information System are identical. I am aware that my thesis is covered by zákon č. 121/2000 Sb., the Copyright Act, and that the University of Mendel Brno has the right to conclude a licence agreement and use this thesis as a school work according to Section 60 (1) of the Copyright Act. I further undertake to obtain a written opinion of the University that the licence agreement in question does not conflict with the legitimate interests of the University before the licence agreement for the use of the work by another person (entity) is drawn up, and I undertake to pay any contribution to the costs associated with the creation of the work, up to the actual amount thereof.
